Synopsis:

Victime d’un complot, le jeune Edmond Dantès est arrêté le jour de son mariage pour un crime qu’il n’a pas commis. Après quatorze ans de détention au château d’If, il parvient à s’évader. Devenu immensément riche, il revient sous l’identité du comte de Monte-Cristo pour se venger des trois hommes qui l’ont trahi.

Synopsis:

Le Michif Édouard Beaupré, surnommé le “Géant Beaupré”, a marqué son époque par ses 8’3”. Mort trop jeune et loin de chez lui en 1904, son périple comme phénomène de foire ne faisait pourtant que commencer. Dans une série étonnante de revirements, son corps momifié mettra plus de 84 ans à retrouver le chemin du retour à son village natal de Willow Bunch, en Saskatchewan.

The Michif Édouard Beaupré, nicknamed the "The Willow Bunch Giant", marked his era with his 8'3". He died too young and far from home in 1904, but his journey as a fairground phenomenon had only just begun. In an astonishing series of twists and turns, it would take his mummified body more than 84 years to find his way back to his home village of Willow Bunch, Saskatchewan.
